  • "I had good experience in the past, but recently It seems as though RVHD has really stepped it up a notch. The rewards program, and the "shop day" really have been excellent. I just got my bike back from an engine upgrade that I purchased after the shop day I attended. Great experience and great work. My freinds and I do feel as though there has been a greater effort keep the customers and comunity more involved and comming back. I really do appreciate it, and tell my friends every chance I get.   • "Brought my bike in today in the hopes of having the stage 1 reflash done despite not having an appointment. John from the service department met me at the counter and graciously made time to fit me in despite not having an appointment. He was quite friendly and made me feel like a valued customer in addition to providing me with information that I found to be quite useful. While waiting I took the opportuntiy to cancel the extended warranty on my previous bike that I had recently traded in and asked the young lady working the parts counter who I should see. She was very friendly and once again made me feel like my business was appreciated. Instead of pointing me in the general direction, she graciously escorted me to where I needed to go. Once I reached the finance department I met with Sheila who I must say is an extremely friendly and likeable young lady. She took care of all the necessary paperwork and had a smile on her face the whole time. I thoroughly enjoyed talking all things motorcycle with her and walked away thinking "this woman truly represents the pinnacle of customer care". I would have to say that todays visit has truly made me want to return to the dealership if for no other reason than to enjoy their hospitality and friendly atmosphere. Thanks for a job well done!   • "I recently had my 2009 FLSTC in for some parts installations as well as my 10,000 Mile service. I'm planning on attending the biketoberfest rally in FL. I dropped my bike off on Wednesday evening for a Thursday appt. Unfortunately, they were short staffed and did not start my bike until Friday and then did not finish up until Saturday. I was a little unhappy about that until Doug (Service Mgr) gave me a reduction in the labor cost and also when I started my bike up and heard the new sound of my new pipes. The first being a Sportster 883 Low for my Wife for our 20th anniversary.(wich I was against being a Honda fan @ the time.)I most recently had RVHD install a V & H 2 into 1 exhaust, Screamin Eagle Super Tuner, and Dyno Tune my SuperGlide. (I previously installed the Heavy Breather intake.)Alex,Doug,and John in service were very helpful. Shawn,Wes,and Levi are always informative, and patient when we are trying to make a decision on what to do next... They never seem rushed. Service and Parts worked together and my ride looks and sounds Awesome !!! Of course I can't leave out Shelby .... I LOVE ME SOME SHELBY !!!
